Founded in September 2017, Madas Nasi Lemak had its first food stall started at a corner in a coffee shop at 233 Yishun Street 21.
Inspired by the numerous successful nasi lemak food chain, Madas hope to be one of the nasi lemak chain in Singapore. We focused and specialized in serving freshly fried signature chicken wings that are hand marinated daily. Our chicken marination is specially concocted with 7 different spices, a recipe passed down by Chef Adam's grand parents.
Coupled with our sambal, a homemade recipe which requires us to slow cooked daily for at least 6 to 7 hours makes our nasi lemak irresistible.
After 2 years of consistent efforts in fine tuning the recipes and operation manual. We had our first franchise outlet at 829 Tampines St. 81. on September 2019.
Our Tampines branch is managed by husband and wife team, Shan & Desmond. They have built a stream of loyal regulars and their business is growing from day to day.
In order to cope with the supplies, we have open our third outlet at 348 Bedok Road, The Bedok Marketplace on September 2020.
The Bedok branch is brand under, M by Madas Nasi Lemak. This is where we cooked our sambal and processed all the marinated chicken wings.
Apart from being the heart of our central supplies. M by Madas also serves a more extensive menu compared to Yishun & Tampines outlet and food are cooked upon orders. We have western menus like Tempura Pollock Fish & Chips, Truffle fries and our most popular Signature Chicken Wings with fries. Currently, all food orders for our online store are cooked and prepared directly from our Bedok outlet.
